Wright Lindsey Jennings? attorneys Michelle Kaemmerling and Lee Muldrow will provide an update on Long Covid implications in the workplace. Michelle, who leads WLJ?s labor & employment law team, will address HR-related issues associated with Long Covid. Lee, who has a 30-year practice in workers? compensation defense, will address the evolving topic of how Long Covid impacts workers? comp issues for employers.
Michelle Kaemmerling has been practicing with Wright Lindsey Jennings since relocating to her hometown of Little Rock in 2001. Her practice focuses on employment counseling and litigation, including class actions and collective actions. Kaemmerling regularly provides advice and training regarding employment law compliance. In addition to her employment practice, Kaemmerling leads WLJ e-Discovery Solutions, the firm?s electronic discovery division. She also serves in firm management as lead of the Labor & Employment team.
Lee Muldrow has been engaged in general litigation and workers? compensation defense for over thirty years. His litigation practice involves a wide variety of insurance defense cases but also includes copyright, trademark and trade dress litigation. His workers? compensation practice entails representing employers, self-insured companies and insurance carriers.

In this panel discussion, we will take a look at the current shortage environment and its effects on equipment availability, maintenance, values of used and new equipment and more. Experts from truck dealerships and auctioneers will share their experiences and what they see in the year ahead.
Rob Slavin is a 30-year veteran in the transportation industry beginning in 1992 at Navistar, Inc. During his 23 years at Navistar he held multiple positions in new and used truck sales, pricing and management. In 2014, he left Navistar and worked for Rush Enterprises in a Regional Used Truck Manager role. In 2016, he began working for Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers where he was hired as a Senior Valuation Analyst specifically hired for his experience and knowledge in transportation and pricing.
Todd Venable has been with MHC for over 28 years and currently serves as the branch manager for Little Rock. He is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University. He is married to Melanie has three children, Elign, Sydney and Sinjun and two mini Australian shepherds, Abby and Dan. Venable loves spending time with his family enjoying time outdoors, especially at their mountain cabin and calling those Hogs!

Davis Looney serves as strategic advisor with Tenney Group, an industry specialized merger and acquisition advisory firm that has been dedicated to transportation since 1973. Tenney Group?s core business is sell-side representation services for trucking and logistics companies with annual revenues ranging from 20M to 300M.
Looney?s responsibilities include helping business owners understand their business value, connecting buyers to acquisition opportunities, and speaking at trucking and logistics industry events. Davis is a Nashville native and graduated from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, golfer, and runner.
